The Canterbury diocese has pledged not to shut any churches on Sheppey despite dwindling attendances.
On average, only 210 people turned up to Sunday services on the Island in 2010.
The diocese has denied rumours it will shut churches but has said it will reorganise the way they are run in a shake-up across the whole of Sheppey.
The review will include whether to appoint a replacement to the post of Vicar of Sheerness which was left vacant by the departure of The Rev John Streeting.
Canon Arthur Houston is taking a leading role while the review is conducted.
Mr Houston was appointed priest-in-charge for Minster in April 2010 for an interim period of two years.
At the moment, the ministry is shared, with all priests licensed to act as assistants in other parishes.
Holy Trinity, Queenborough, had the lowest turnout with average Sunday attendance figures of 21.
Harty fared slightly better with a normal attendance of 30 each week while Sheerness had 38.
The highest weekly service numbers were Minster with 66 and Eastchurch with 55.
Mr Streeting is currently recovering in hospital after having his foot amputated following a long battle with diabetes.
