A launch event for an art project at the eastern end of the Island will be held on Tuesday.
Postcards from Leysdown which was a collection of photos from the village, was the first phase of Vision for Leysdown.
The scheme is part of the government’s Sea Change project.
Artist Rosa Ainley is leading the project.
A launch event for the rest of project takes place at the Spinney in Leysdown between 5pm and 7pm.
The Vision booklet will be launched and people will have a chance to view the postcards as well as enjoying music from the Big Fish Band.
Some of the projects outlined in the booklet include a bus stop that doubles as a library and tourist information point, a rose garden made up from specially selected Leysdown colours, chosen by local residents and birds made from neon that grace the skyline.
Cllr John Morris, Swale council’s executive portfolio holder for community services, said: “This is the end of the visioning process but the start of delivering the vision.
“We are very pleased with how the project has gone and how everyone in the community has been getting involved and responding to Rosa.
“Her experience has helped us to get the community involved in creative and imaginative ideas for Leysdown.”
Miss Ainley said: “I am looking forward to the launch event as I have come to appreciate Leysdown even more now that I have been so involved in creating this vision.
"Leysdown already has a fantastic history and real culture, and if the vision that we have helped to create can build on this then that is wonderful."
