Little Mix tribute act LMX launch a new series of professional shows at the 250-seat Oasis Academy Theatre in Marine Parade, Sheerness, this Friday.
Promoter Paul Rogers of LaytonDing Entertainment said: "The first time I saw the theatre I had a 'wow' moment. It has amazing facilities and can seat 250 in comfort. But it is woefully underused.
“It has tremendous potential and plenty of free car parking. It’s a perfect fit to bring top acts to the Island.”
The LMX girls were picked for first show to coincide with the school half-term holiday. They will return to Sheppey for the IsleFest tribute festival over the May bank holiday weekend.
Paul said: "Little Mix have taken the charts by storm after being formed on the 2011 X Factor TV show. You wont find another tribute act with such attention to detail than LMX.
"The vocals, replica costumes and fantastic choreography is as close as you will get to the real thing with songs such as DNA, Wings, Salute, Black Magic and Shout Out To My Ex."
The Academy shows continue with tributes to the Jersey Boys (March23), Queen (June 29), George Michael (September 28) and The Beatles (December 7).
Tickets are £12 from ldevents.co.uk or on the door.
