A man has been arrested after three people were injured following a town centre attack.
Police were called at 11.40pm on Wednesday to a disturbance near Sheerness High Street.
It is believed the victims were hurt after being assaulted by a man on the island.
Police tape was put up along the road as officers late at night while officers conducted their investigation.
At around 4am the following day, officers arrested a 29-year-old man who was taken into custody.
He was later bailed, pending further inquiries until Thursday, November 30.
A witness nearby described how there was “lots of screaming and people getting into fights”.
They added: “At around 11pm there was a big ruckus and fighting. It took about an hour for the cops and ambulance to get there.
“Then they were there pretty much all early morning.”
The ambulance service has been contacted for more information.
