A MAN has been charged with cannabis cultivation following the discovery of a suspected drugs factory in a Kent town.

Paul Allen, an unemployed 42-year-old from Sheerness, was arrested on Thursday after a raid at an address on Coronation Road in the town.

He has been bailed to appear before magistrates in Sittingbourne on Monday, February 5.
