A man was found dead at a home in Sheerness this week.

Officers and paramedics were called to the terraced house in Alma Street at 8.20am yesterday (Tuesday).

A police spokesman said: “Kent Police was made aware of the death of a man in his 40s at 8.20am on Tuesday, March 7.

“Officers attended a property in Alma Street, Sheerness.

“His death is not being treated as suspicious at this stage.

“A report will be prepared for the coroner.”
