A man has been taken to hospital after being found injured in a town centre.
Officers were called to Sheerness High Street at around 8.15pm yesterday.
The ambulance service confirmed the man had suffered cuts believed to have been caused by broken glass left on top of a wall.
Crews in an ambulance and response car attended and took the man to Medway Maritime Hospital for further treatment.
A police spokesman added: "Kent Police was called to a report that a man was injured in Sheerness High Street at 8.17pm on Monday 11 September 2017.
"Officers attended the scene and assisted crews from the South East Coast Ambulance Service who took the man to a local hospital for treatment.
"No offences have been disclosed."
