A dog has been rescued after being found in a serious state of neglect in Halfway.
The male Staffie-cross was found wandering in Queenborough Road this week.
Buddy, as the animal has been named, has a bad eye infection and skin problems and is now being looked after by Jasmil Kennels in Upchurch.
A spokesman said: "He is a really lovely dog but is suffering from serious neglect.
"If you have any information about where he comes from we'd love to hear from you.
"We are also looking for a good home for this great dog."
If you can help, phone Swale council on 01795 417850 or the kennels on 01795 842466.
