A play park has undergone a £20k makeover.
A new low platform roundabout has been installed at New Road playground in Minster, as well as a zip wire.
The upgrades were completed by Swale council, and also included safety surfacing.
Councillors from the Sheppey Area Committee agreed to fund the work.
The latest improvements to the popular site come after maintenance work was done last year, which included repairing and repainting the play equipment.
Cllr Richard Palmer, chair of the council’s Community Committee, said: "It’s always heart-warming to see our play areas being enjoyed by families, and we hope there are many hours of fun ahead for children and young people.
“The area committee were crucial in providing the funding for the scheme, and members can be proud of what has been delivered.”
Cllr Elliott Jayes, vice-chair of the council's Community Committee and member of the Sheppey Area Committee, said: “I am very pleased to have secured this funding for the new play equipment in Minster from the Sheppey Area Committee.
"It is important that we provide facilities for children to play and socialise, and this new equipment will be a great asset to the community."
