Luke Rowland hit a hat-trick as Castle Tavern thrashed Vinters Green 7-1 in the Sheppey Sunday League Junior Cup semi-final.

Castle raced into a three goal lead before Andrew Irvine pulled one back for Vinters.

The second half continued in the same vein with Castle scoring four more goals without reply. Brendon Lillis (2), John Ralph and Lyndon Brown were also on target.

Castle will face The Beach in the final after they beat fellow Division 4 side Sittingbourne Lions 5-2.

Holm Sports moved into second place in Division 1 after drawing 2-2 against Ypres Tavern.

Shaun Sullivan scored a brace for Holm while Lee Bravery and Elliot Chandler were on target for Ypres.

Bottom club Park Regis are still searching for their first win of the season after suffering a 3-1 defeat against Leysdown.

Scott Clarke (3) got Leysdown’s goals while James Black replied for Regis.

Tom Bryant’s brace guided Milton & Fulston to a 2-1 win over White Colts. Tommy Price scored for Colts.

Michael Rose (3), Ashley Claridge (2) and Sam Mannering (2) shared the goals between them as Dore United thrashed Bar One 7-2 in Division 2.

Ben Ansell and Tony Atkinson replied for Bar One.

Minster Sports and Kings Head put on a display of attacking football as they fought out a 4-4 draw.

Brothers Ben (2) and Matt Locker (2) got Minster’s goals while Dean Malloy, Matt Spice, Matt Iwade and Gray Thoms were on target for Kings Head.

FC Nore moved up to second after thrashing Classic Real 9-0.

The pick of Nore’s scorers were Ashley Baverstock who hit a hat-trick and Craig Dyke who got a brace.
