No trace has yet been found of a man missing from his Sheerness home since Friday night.
Steven Parratt, 36, told his partner Debbie, 46, that he was going for a bike ride along the seafront but he has not been seen since.
A police helicopter was spotted searching over Sittingbourne on Wednesday in connection with his disappearance.
He left their mid-terraced home in Meyrick Road, Sheerness, at 9.30pm on Friday.
His partner Debbie said: “We had not had a row but sometimes he just wanted to be on his own to clear his head.
"His father lives in Wales and I am in regular contact with him but Steven has not been in contact.
“He took my daughter Hayley’s silver and white BMX bike and said he was going for a ride along the seafront. He rang from his mobile at 5.45am the next day and all I could hear was the sea in the background before the phone went dead. I kept trying but it just said that the message had failed.
“I reported him missing to the police the next day and the longer he is missing the harder it gets to cope. We are due to get married on May 9 and he booked Holy Trinity Church in Sheerness for the wedding.
“Normally it is the lady who goes about making the arrangements but he was sorting everything out. He was also planning a darts team at his local, the Crown in Sheerness High Street.”
“Steven had lived with me for nearly two years and we met in Leeds, in Yorkshire. This is hitting us all really hard and it is just not in his character to go missing like this.”
Mr Parratt has a Yorkshire accent and is described as white and of medium build.
