CCTV appeal after cash stolen and shop worker threatened in Queensway, Sheerness

A shop assistant was threatened and cash was stolen from a till during a robbery in Sheerness.

The incident is alleged to have happened at a shop in Queensway.

Officers have now released CCTV images of a man who may have important information.

The incident happened on Monday, January 17 at 11.50am.

Investigating officer PC Emma Laimbeer said: "We appreciate that the man’s features are not visible in the images, but are hoping that the distinctive clothing is easily identifiable and that someone may know who he is, or he recognises himself and contacts us."
