Former EastEnders’ star Cheryl Fergison was out in Sheerness town centre yesterday promoting her upcoming show in Maidstone.
The actress, who played lovable Heather Trott in the Walford-based soap for almost five years, signed autographs and spoke to fans.
Although she was tight-lipped about what people can expect, she said her show would reveal a lot about her personal life.
She will also lift the lid on her time on EastEnders and talk about her dramatic death at the hands of Ben Mitchell.
Cheryl, who lives in Sidcup and has a 15-year-old son, remains in touch with many former colleagues.
She is especially friendly with Steve McFadden and Linda Henry, who play Phil Mitchell and Shirley Carter.
There will also be an appearance from The Voice’s Jamie Johnson and chance for fans to meet Cheryl.
Although best known for her role in EastEnders, the 49-year-old has been a working actress for more than 25 years and her varied career has taken her from the Royal Shakespeare Company to ‘Allo ‘Allo and much more.
Tickets to the show, which is on at the Hazlitt Theatre from 7pm next Thursday, cost £21 each. Click here for more information.
