England fans in Sittingbourne and Sheppey have been showing their support for Gareth Southgate's men ahead of their final match against Italy tonight (Sunday).
The Swale residents have sent in pictures of flags draped outside their homes, their patriotic pups or some group-selfies with England colours everywhere to be seen.
Millions of fans will tune in tonight to watch England's heroes take on Italy in the men's team's first major final since 1966.
Kick-off is at 8pm but people will be gathering hours ahead of the match to settle the nerves and sing some tunes from Three Lions, World In Motion and Sweet Caroline.
Gareth Southgate's men have captured the heart of a nation after a historic win against Germany, a rousing thumping versus Ukraine and a nail-biting encounter with Denmark which needed an extra-time goal from Harry Kane to put England through.
Some schools and businesses across the county have told workers and parents they can come in later on Monday, despite the result, to avoid any grumpy youngsters and employees.
Swale residents, from pooches, pups, children and grown-ups have sent in some patriotic pictures to show their spirit.
So, is this the day that football comes home for the first time in five decades?
COME ON ENGLAND!
