Teen hit by car in Sheerness

A teenager has been taken to hospital after being hit by a car.

The incident happened at 7.45am this morning in Halfway Road, Sheerness, near Sheerness Holiday Park.

The 13-year-old girl was taken to Medway Maritime Hospital with head and leg injuries.
