People in Kent are being asked if they can help in the search for a teenager.

Shannon Reid, 13, has been missing from her home in London and could be in Dartford or Sheppey, where she has links.

She comes from Peckham in south east London and the Met Police is also examining whether she could be in other areas of the capital.

Shannon was wearing a black bomber jacket with silver inner hood and a black t-shirt with coloured pattern when she was last seen.

Her hair, which has a blue tint, was tied up.
