Sheerness town centre has been blitzed by anti-covid stickers.
The black and white paper sheets have been stuck to lampposts, empty shop windows and notice boards.
One stated: "If you are afraid to live your life because you might die then you have already died."
Another announced: "No government will give your freedom back, you have to take it back."
A third, printed over a drawing of a grinning face, said: "Let's all stay inside until nobody dies ever again."
At the bottom it said: "Brought to you by The White Rose" and gave an internet link.
Those who clicked on it were shown other posters and urged to download them, buy a label printer and "print hundreds of stickers per minute for dirt cheap from the comfort of your own home."
White Rose claims to be an "anonymous, strictly non-violent global network of independent activists" fighting what it calls Government propaganda.
It was named after an underground resistance group which distributed anonymous leaflets during the Second World War in a campaign against Nazi-controlled Germany.
The town centre activity follows a spate of stickers discovered along the Sheerness and Minster seafronts in February.
Phil Crowder, who chairs the Sheerness Town Team, said: "The stickers have gone up on virtually all the lampposts in the High Street and beyond."
He added: "This is fly-posting and is bad for the image of the town. The perpetrator needs to be found and made to clear them all away."
A Swale council spokesman said: "We understand not everyone agrees with the overwhelming scientific evidence for how to prevent needless illness and death. If people have different opinions on how the pandemic is being managed, they are free to express them in lawful ways.
“Defacing public property with stickers or posters is not legal and we will remove any materials we find, whether they express fringe views or more mainstream beliefs.”
