A road has been blocked following a crash involving two vehicles.

Lower Road, in Minster, has been partially blocked and motorists face delays following the accident at Barton Hill Drive.

The crash happened shortly after 5pm and police are currently at the scene.

Emergency services were on the scene within minutes of receiving the 999 call at 5.36pm and a woman has been released from a vehicle.

She has been left in the care of the South East Coast Ambulance Service.
