Two men have been arrested by police investigating an alleged rape and an assault.
Five patrol cars and a forensics team swooped on a house in Halfway, Sheppey, and officers cordoned off the road.
Witnesses say two men were taken away in handcuffs.
It happened just after 7am on Saturday.
A police spokesman said: “We attended a report of an assault and a rape at a private address in Sunnyfields Drive, Minster, on Saturday.
“Officers attended and arrested two men, aged 23 and 25, from Sittingbourne.”
Both men have been released pending further investigations.
