Dashcam footage has captured the moment a car illegally turns right across the path of a lorry and narrowly avoids a crash.
The turning from Barton Hill Drive to Lower Road in Minster has been the subject of much controversy due to heavy congestion.
Footage was posted on a Facebook group by a Minster resident who was waiting at the lights at 10am today.
VIDEO: Car turns right at a junction in Barton Hill Drive, Minster
The video shows a silver car pull out in front of a lorry, which has to brake and flashes the driver.
The witness said: "It was shocking, I've never seen anything like that before.
"It was the first time I've used my dash camera too."
In September, a no-right-turn sign and a barrier were introduced to stop vehicles making the manoeuvre.
Drivers now have to turn left and use the Thistle Hill roundabout to turn around.
Cllr Cameron Beart (Con, Queenborough and Halfway) said there needs to be traffic enforcement on the junction.
He said: "I'm baffled - it's not the first footage I've seen and it won't be the last.
"It takes literally two minutes to go up to the roundabout and turn round so I'm confused why people would put themselves and others at risk.
"I suggested at a Joint Transportation Board meeting in December that there needs to be CCTV camera on the junction.
"When they begin to enforce it, people will start to take notice."
