Several windows have been smashed at a GP surgery.
Thugs targeted Sheppey Healthy Living Centre, which is part of the Island’s popular Leisure Complex building in Sheerness, on Monday night.
A spokesman for the complex said: “Unfortunately, we have been hit again by vandals in our area.
“We have had windows broken in the Healthy Living Centre.
“This has become a very big problem and we seem to be seeing more and more criminal damage to our site.”
The NHS clinic first opened back in 2003 and now is being used by a number of community groups including leisure activities such as fitness classes.
This latest attack is the third of its kind this year.
Back in May, yobs filled the site’s family padding pool with glass and paint while earlier this month, someone forced the pool to close again when they broke the pool’s boundary fence.
Police are aware of the alleged break-in and are now investigating.
A police spokesman added: “We are investigating a report of a break-in at the Sheppey Leisure Complex in Broadway, Sheerness.
“The incident happened between 4pm on Monday, August 28 and 6.30am on Tuesday, August 29.
“Damage was caused to a door at the premises and nothing has been reported stolen at this stage.”
Anyone with information is being urged to call 01795 419119, quoting crime reference 46/154942/23.
The damage comes just three days after wooden statues at Barton’s Point Coastal Park on the Island were pushed into a canal and seen floating in the water.
Meanwhile a car park used by parents and residents has also shut because of a rise in vandalism.
The site behind Sheppey Hall in Main Road, Queenborough will now be closed during the day to the public because of the rising problems.
