Woman rescued from Sheerness flat

A woman with severe breathing difficulties was rescued from her flat in Sheerness.

Three ambulances, two fire engines and two police cars were called to Rose Street on Thursday lunchtime.

The woman, who was in her fifties, was taken to Medway Maritime Hospital in Gillingham.
