A woman needed medical help for a serious head injury after she and two others were assaulted.
The trio were in Beach Street, Sheerness on Sunday (August 20) when they were reportedly approached by a group between 6.55pm and 7.05pm.
It is alleged a verbal altercation broke out which was followed with the three people being assaulted.
One of the women later attended hospital for a serious head injury and has since been discharged.
Officers completed house-to-house inquiries and a review of CCTV footage and are now appealing for witnesses to come forward.
