Sheerness Library has hosted a series of events as part of Swale Celebration of Cultures.
On Tuesday there was a circus workshop, where children from Rose Street School came and had a go at different circus skills.
Pupils from year four practised their balancing on stilts, their coordination with juggling and also tried their hands at plate-spinning.
Amanda Moore, family liaison officer at the school, said: “The kids got on fantastically well and they liked the hula hoops, plate-spinning and diablo best.
“Every single child was engaged and they all took part and thoroughly enjoyed it.”
Wednesday saw boogie babies at the library, courtesy of Sammie’s Boogie Tots.
Parents had the chance to enjoy a dance session and learn coordination, rhythm and funky moves to the latest tunes.
The events were finished off with a multi-cultural baby bounce and rhyme session on Thursday.
Parents and children enjoyed a lively and fun session of rhymes, songs and percussion, as well as listening to nursery rhymes and songs from Nigeria and Ghana.
Florence Pendrey, customer services officer, said the whole week was a success and it was very well attended.
