Gavin Tait is promising a tear-up on Friday night.

The Sheerness boxer is fighting at the Camden Centre, Kings Cross and he wants to put on another show after beating Bheki Moyo in a light middleweight contest in July.

He said: "I’ve always had great support and know it costs a lot of money to watch the boxing shows, so I like to give people value.

"This is my second fight back after three years out and I want to get back to where I was.

"I want to be fighting for a Southern Area title or an English one and hopefully go beyond that.

"I’ll be going out and having a good old tear-up.

"I know sometimes I get hurt but that’s just an occupational hazard.

"My trainer might not like it but he knows what happens when I get in the ring."
