A family home is to feature on a popular TV programme hosted by property guru Phil Spencer.

The four-bedroom detached property, in Bell Road, Sittingbourne, is undergoing a makeover with the help of Channel 4's Secret Agent.

Presenter Phil visits properties up and down the country which have not sold and advises the homeowners on how to improve them before holding an open house.

In the Sittingbourne case, he has instructed work to be carried out to replace carpets, de-clutter rooms and re-hang doors in a bid to make the home more appealing.

Perspective buyers are invited to look around the property when it opens its doors to the public on December 2. A time is yet to be confirmed.
