An air ambulance has been spotted following reports of a medical incident.

Witnesses said there had been a large emergency response near Ufton Lane in Sittingbourne.

Unconfirmed reports suggested that someone has collapsed but police and the ambulance service have been contacted for more information.

The air ambulance could also been seen circling Sittingbourne town centre following the incident at about 2.30pm.

The helicopter was seen hovering the Avenue of Remembrance and Borden Grammar School.
