The air ambulance has been called after a person suffered a heart attack in Sittingbourne town centre this evening.
The helicopter landed on playing fields opposite Borden Grammar School on the Avenue of Remembrance at about 6.30pm.
Two ambulances were seen parked outside the police station nearby, and the patient was driven to hospital.
Police say they were not called.
