A crash by a Nando's restaurant is causing major delays in a town centre.

Police have partially closed St Michael's Road to deal with the collision which happened near Sittingbourne train station this afternoon.

This is causing major delays in the area and drivers have been advised to find an alternative route.

Pictures of the incident show a silver car with a damaged front wheel.

Witnesses say the closure is causing "huge traffic hold ups".
