Drivers faced delays on the M2 this afternoon after a lorry began to lose its load.
It happened just before 11.30am on the coastbound entry slip of the road, at Junction 5 near the Stockbury roundabout.
The junction was closed and the HGV, which was carrying timber, was moved to the hard shoulder.
A crane had secured the load by 3pm.
A National Highways spokesperson said at the time: “Further work needs to take place to safely reposition the timber, and we expect the entry slip road to be closed until late afternoon.
