Robert Peters, Toby Earnshaw-Glazier and Rhys Seager to appear at Maidstone Crown Court in connection with Milton Regis burglary

Three men accused of breaking into a Milton Regis home are to appear at crown court.

A police helicopter was scrambled following reports of a break-in at Cortland Close at 11.25pm on Monday.

Four men were arrested and three have since been charged with aggravated burglary, possession of an imitation firearm and two counts of assault.

They are Robert Peters, 19, of no fixed address, Toby Earnshaw-Glazier, 21, of Bridge Road, Sheerness, and Rhys Seager, 22, of Peregrine Drive, Sittingbourne.

Seager has also been charged with possession of a knife.

The trio appeared at Maidstone Magistrates' Court yesterday and have been remanded in custody to appear at Maidstone Crown Court on Friday, December 11.

The teen was arrested yesterday.

A 28-year-old man was released on bail until Monday while inquiries continue.
