A flasher was seen exposing himself from inside a car.

The man was reported to police after being spotted in Cryalls Lane, Borden, near Sittingbourne at around 7pm yesterday (August 21).

He is described as in his 40s or 50s, bald, with facial hair and was wearing a grey T-shirt.

Police are asking for help from anyone who saw the incident or who has dashcam footage.
