Man cut free from car in Oak Lane, Upchurch

A man was cut free from a car after two cars crashed.
Three fire engines were sent to Oak Lane, Upchurch, at about 9.20pm on Saturday where a man was found trapped inside one of the vehicles.

Crews used cutting tools to remove the car roof and free him.
A police spokesman said the road was partly closed while the roof was cut "to ensure public safety".
He added that four people were taken to local hospitals for treatment.
However a South East Ambulance Service spokesman said paramedics were called at about 9.20pm and treated two patients, including one with chest pain, before taking them to Medway Maritime Hospital.
Inquiries to establish the full circumstances are ongoing.
