A pervert has admitted following young schoolgirls around streets and supermarkets and covertly filming up their skirts.
Richard Ferguson-Robe, 25, appeared by video link at Medway Magistrates’ Court today, where he pleaded guilty to several offences.
Ferguson-Robe of Dalewood, Sittingbourne, admitted to four counts of committing an act of outraging public decency and one of possessing indecent images.
The outraging public decency charges relate to him video recording up girls’ skirts as they walked around streets and shops in Sittingbourne.
Ferguson-Robe did this act on four separate occasions, on May, 30; May 31; June 6, and September 11, 2013.
He was also found with six level one indecent images of children on December 9 last year.
Magistrates heard that because the charges relate to serious sex offences, prosecutors felt they should be dealt with at the crown court.
The bench agreed and declined jurisdiction over the matter and sent the case to Maidstone Crown Court for sentencing.
Ferguson-Robe will next appear there on Wednesday, March 19.
