A farm with a restaurant and bar is having to close its shop following a "continual decline in sales".
The BarnYard, in Oak Lane, Upchurch, near Sittingbourne has revealed it will be shutting after it has become "unsustainable to keep open any longer".
It will close on Sunday, February 23, while its restaurant and bar will remain open.
A statement from the farm said: "It is with much sadness, regret and soul searching that we have taken the hard decision to close our farm shop.
"Over many years the shop has seen a continual decline in sales and therefore is now unsustainable to keep open any longer.
"The closure will happen as of end of day on February 23.
"Until this date there will be various special offers available around the shop.
"After this date some of our most popular luxury and own brand items will still be on display for sale within our restaurant."
Despite the closing of the farm shop a new gift shop will be opening in its own building next to the restaurant's main doors shortly after the closure.
"That is sad... Christmas Eves won't be the same..."
Owners also added there is "exciting news" to come soon about the future plans for the farm shop barn.
In 2014 the BarnYard defiantly said it wouldn't be closing after poor sales in December the year before.
Laura Rogers commented: "I’m saddened to read this, we have our wedding booked at The Barnyard & have loved getting apple juice & chutneys from the shop just as an excuse to visit."
While Denize Halfpenny added: "That is sad. Often stock up on chutneys, jams and cheeses when I’m in for lunch.
"And Christmas Eves won’t be the same."
