A man is due to stand trial on terrorism charges after appearing in court.
Malcolm Hodges, of London Road, Teynham was at Woolwich Crown Court on Friday charged with one count of solicitation to murder under the Offences Against the Person Act.
The 52-year-old is also accused of having digital material "likely to be useful to a person committing or preparing an act of terrorism", contrary to section 58 of the Terrorism Act.
He denied the charges and a trial has been listed to start at the same court on December 7.
Hodges was arrested at his Teynham home in March by officers investigating communications attempting to incite acts of terrorism towards UK businesses.
