Sittingbourne chairman Andy Spice still believes the club will preserve their Ryman League Division 1 South status, despite extending their winless run to 10 games on Saturday.
The Brickies, who lost 2-1 at home to Merstham last weekend, face the most difficult run-in of the three clubs in trouble, beginning with a trip to title-chasers Bognor this Saturday and a home game against local rivals Faversham on Easter Monday.
They also face play-off contenders Folkestone and Godalming before a last day trip to Walton & Hersham.
Mr Spice (pictured) said: "I think we will be fine, but we do face a tough time, and it’s not going to be easy."
The Surrey side inflicted an eighth home defeat on the Brickies, who now haven’t won since a shock 2-0 league win over fancied Whitehawk on January 7.
Mr Spice added: "We had a lot of the play, and plenty of possession, but gave away two silly goals."
Bourne face a difficult Easter with a trip to Bognor on Saturday, followed by the visit of Faversham on Monday.
Boss Joe Dowley said: “Bognor will be tough, but we have got to look at beating Faversham, and we owe them one, after losing 4-0 down there at Christmas.
“My number one objective is to keep the club in the Ryman League, and winning at least a couple of games between now and the end of the season is the aim.”
