Police have charged a 48-year-old man with arson to recklessly endanger life, following the fire at Crown Quay Lane, Sittingbourne, on Thursday.
Paul Andrew Goddard, of no fixed address, currently remains in custody and is due to appear at Maidstone Magistrates’ Court today.
