A motorcyclist has been taken to hospital following a crash this afternoon.

Emergency services, including an air ambulance, attended the accident in Park Road, Sittingbourne, at 2.40pm.

No other vehicles were involved in the collision.

A police spokesman said: "The road was partially closed for a period of time.

"The motorcyclist was taken by land ambulance to hospital with suspected minor injuries."
