Any body issues were pushed aside when a group of women agreed to strip off for charity.
Linda Wren managed to persuade staff and customers at The Woolpack, in Iwade, to bare all in memory of her brother-in-law Simon, from Rainham.
The 48-year-old father of two died from a rare form of cancer in March this year.
The cheeky snaps now appear in 500 calendars which have been produced to help raise money for the charity Mesothelioma UK.
The married mother of two, who was inspired by the film Calendar Girls, spoke about the idea while chatting to friends at the pub back in April.
By the end of the night the women had agreed to take part and in just five days 12 businesses had agreed to donate £100 each to sponsor the calendar.
The photoshoot was held at the pub over three weekends in May.
The ladies in the calendar include Linda, barmaids Liz Hayes and Anne Livermore, landlord Liz Burgess, customers Sharon Watson, Rebecca Stowell, Diane Jordan and Loraine Judd, family friends Sharon Joslin and Pauline Field as well as Simon's widow Marie.
The 54-year-old, who works as an area sales manager for Kent Flooring Supplies in Lordswood, said: "I didn't have to pay for anything. I went to NCB photography on the Island and they agreed to do it for free.
"David Lowry from Fleet Promotional Packaging in Snodland did the printing for free and Asda in Sittingbourne gave me some props to use.
"Each month has a theme. September is back to school so we used graduation hats, July is the Olympics and we all appear in December.
"It was fun."
A charity night with live music and a raffle will be held at The Woolpack, in The Street, from 8pm on Saturday, November 19.
Prizes include a pair of tickets to watch a Gillingham FC home game, as well as free entry, race cards and a table for four and a free meal at Sittingbourne dog track.
The calendars, which cost £5 each, are available to buy from The Woolpack or by emailing linda.wren@yahoo.co.uk
