A car park near a pub was cordoned off by police.

Forensics officers were also called to Quartz Way in Sittingbourne, behind the One Stop shop.

Three police cars, a police van, and a forensics vehicle are at the scene.

There were reports of a possible stabbing, but this has not been confirmed by police.

It is also not clear whether the Air Ambulance landing in a nearby field is connected to the incident.

The Jenny Wren pub was not affected and was still open for business with customers inside and also sitting at tables outside.
