A supermarket has reopened after being targeted by yobs.
The Co-op store in Teynham, Sittingbourne closed on December 30 after suffering a break-in during the early hours of the morning.
The shop has since reopened.
A spokesman for the company, whose shop is based in London Road, says temporary measures have now been put in place to combat the vandalism.
They explained: “We now have a temporary, wooden door in place after the original got damaged.
"It may take some time to be mended as it was custom-fitted.
"There were also some lights above the door which were broken too, so it's not going to be a quick fix."
The business is appealing for anyone who may have seen or heard anything to contact police officers who are investigating.
Kent Police has been contacted for more information.
The shop has returned to its normal opening hours of 6am until 10pm from Monday to Sunday.
