Iceland customer claims goods were "taped back up" after receiving order from Sittingbourne branch

A disgruntled shopper has taken to Twitter to complain after receiving "tampered goods" from Iceland.

The customer - who goes by Bourne Identity on the social media site - said the fish fingers delivered from the supermarket had been "Sellotaped back up".

They shared two snaps of the packaging, saying: "Just letting people know, not to shop online with Iceland foods Sittingbourne.

"They send goods that have been tampered with and Sellotaped back up!

"Apparently our postcode doesn’t exist to complain on Iceland contact form."

Iceland has replied to the shopper via Twitter to say it will "look into" the issue.

The firm has been contacted for further comment.
