Do you know who owns this dog?
The lost cockapoo - a cross between a cocker spaniel and a poodle - was found hiding in a hedgerow in Basser Hill, Lower Halstow, on Monday night with a deep gash to its throat.
The un-chipped bitch was discovered by a Swale council dog warden who said: "This little dog has matted fur and a massive deep wound running from ear to ear under her neck caused by an embedded collar or rope."

The dog, thought to be no more than 18 months old, has been taken to a specialist vet to attempt to treat the injury.
It will not be available to re-home because of its condition but has been found a safe place in a specialist rescue centre.
Cockapoos normally change hands at £800
Council spokesman Phil Sutcliffe said: "We are committed to doing the very best for all dogs found in Swale and are keen to find out how she got into this condition."
