A driver has been arrested after police were called to a crash near Sittingbourne.

One vehicle was involved in the collision on the A249 at Iwade in the early hours of this morning.

Officers say the driver was discovered near the car and was detained on suspicion of drink driving.

They are also suspected of driving while disqualified.
