A MOTORIST has been charged with four driving offences, including dangerous driving and attempted arson with intent to endanger life, after an incident outside Sittingbourne police station.

Andrew Leonard Smith, 50, of London Road, Sittingbourne, was due to appear before Sittingbourne magistrates today.
