A lorry and five cars have been involved in a crash on the M2 near the Stockbury roundabout.

The accident had previously partly blocked the coast-bound carriageway after J5 for the A249.

Police say they were called at 8.01am to reports eight vehicles had been involved. No serious injuries have been reported.

The road has now completely reopened.
