Flood damage was caused to a building after a water tank and copper piping were stolen.
The property in London Road, Sittingbourne, was targeted by thieves between September 15-29 – XY/034569/14.
It’s unclear whether it is derelict, lived in or in the process of being built.
During the past 23 months more than 720 break-ins and burglaries in and around the town have been brought to this paper’s attention.
The latest incidents are as follows:
A 450mm-bar Ryobi chainsaw in a grey box with red writing, a green Hitachi saw in a dark green box and a nine-inch green Hitachi grinder were stolen from a garden shed in Highsted Valley, Rodmersham, between September 25-28 – XY/034764/14.
Between September 26-27, a garden shed at Riddles Road allotments in Borden was burgled and a small calor gas stove and saucepan were taken – XY/034625/14.
A mountain bike was stolen during a garage burglary in Warwick Crescent, Sittingbourne, between September 30 and October 1 – XY/034881/14.
Several items were taken from a property in Wises Lane, Borden, between October 4-5 – XY/035329/14.
Two bicycles were stolen from a domestic garage in Regency Court, Sittingbourne, between September 21 and October 5 – XY/035335/14.
