A teenager from Sheerness was among four men who pleaded guilty to stealing £10,000 worth of televisions.
The 16-year-old appeared in the dock at Canterbury Crown Court alongside Tony Cooper, 25, of Billet Lane, Eastchurch, Bradley Cross, 24, of Portland Avenue, Sittingbourne, and Paul Krepka, 48, of Buttermere, Faversham.
They were arrested following a burglary at a unit in Sidings Close, Faversham, on April 8 in which a huge haul of televisions were stolen.
Officers later swooped in on an address in Love Lane, Faversham, after tracking the group’s movements using CCTV.
All of the stolen items were recovered during the raid.
Cooper and Cross were given 18-month prison sentences, while Krepka was jailed for 16 months for his part in the crime.
The teenager, who cannot be named for legal reasons, was given a two-year youth rehabilitation order and a three-month activity order.
Investigating officer Det Con Craig Hewitt said: “These four men were caught in the act and rightly pleaded guilty to the offence.
“Their crime was selfish and showed no regard to the impact this could have on their victim.
“Thankfully all the items they took were recovered and they can now spend their time in prison thinking about their actions.”
