A golf club is one of the latest premises to be burgled.
Thieves broke into Upchurch River Valley, Oak Lane, Upchurch, just after 6pm last Thursday.
Keys and an iPod were snatched after the offenders forced their way into the building causing damage, including a broken window.
Since November 350 burglaries and attempted break-ins in and around Sittingbourne have been brought to the News Extra’s attention.
The latest incidents are as follows: Fishing equipment taken from a garage in The Street, Borden, overnight August 29-30.
A shed in the same road was also targeted between September 4-8 and a domestic garage in Sheppey Way, Bobbing, between September 5-6 – XY/027583/13; XY/028490/13; XY/028087/13.
Various power tools taken from a shed in Munsgore Lane, Borden, between 9pm August 29 and 9am the following day.
Similar items were also stolen from a garage in Chestnut Street, Borden, on September 2 and in London Road, Sittingbourne, between 12am on September 2 and 1am on September 3 – XY/027906/13; XY/027903/13; XY/027667/13.
A ladder, speakers and power tools stolen from a garage in Portland Avenue, Murston, between August 16 and September 2 -– XY/027806/13.
Jump leads taken from a garden shed in High Street, Milton Regis, overnight between September 3-4 – XY/028119/13.
Gardening equipment was stolen from a property in Primrose Corner, Bredgar, between 6pm and 6.20pm on September 9. Witnesses called local police, who made an arrest the same day – XY/028560/13.
A bicycle and a map were stolen from a garage in Aubretia Walk, Sittingbourne, sometime between September 5-12 –XY/028860/13.
Attempted break-ins at properties in Kent Avenue, Sittingbourne, at 7.55pm on September 3 –XY/027830/13; Homewood Avenue, Sittingbourne, at 8.45pm the same day - XY/027864/13; Bluebell Drive, Sittingbourne, at 11.30am on September 4 – XY/027979/13: Wises Lane, Borden, between September 7-9 – XY/028494/13.
Car keys, a purse and bank cards were taken during a break-in at an address in Bayford Road, Sittingbourne. It happened overnight September 8-9 – XY/028482/13.
